This 36,144 Square foot facility is located on the Cosby Highway. The administrative office of Newport Parks & Recreation is located in this building.

Facilities include:

Restrooms (2 sets 1 with lockers)

Indoor Olympic (50meter) heated swimming pool

Basketball/volleyball court

Gymnastics room

Concession stand with kitchen

Meeting room (can be divided into 3 sections)
