All reports are logged and recorded without the information of the person submitting the violation report, but citizenship within city limits must be verified before the complaint can be considered. Please note that not all perceived violations of city ordinance are in actuality offences that can be cited. This determination will be made by the City building and codes inspector or the City Planner.
