Hi folks,

On or around August 3 you received a Border Collie mix. I am writing to let you know that Brutus, now called Bo, has found a wonderful forever home in Milwaukee Wisconsin. I attached a photo to refresh your memory.

We appreciate that you receive a LOT of animals during the course of a month, and that volume must force some hard choices. My wife Belle and I are very grateful for the work you folks do, and particularly for someone's special insight that prompted them to spare this dog for a whole month until he could be placed with the Wisconsin rescue group called Steppinstones. Stepinstones brought Brutus to Brookfield, Wisconsin, where Belle and I found and adopted him.

He is a smart, cheerful dog, and we are glad to have him. He also has a companion here in our home: our 13 year old lab mix whom we adopted eleven years ago from a shelter. So Bo is part of a very happy pack. He has started obedience training and is doing very well.
