Wanting to host a party at Newport City Park Pool? Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for everyone.

RESERVATIONS FOR THE 2026 SEASON WILL BEGIN AFTER OPENING DAY.

Reservation Details

• Fee: $200 (cash or check only)

• Reservations must be made in person at the Newport Community Center:
  426 Cosby Hwy, Newport, TN 37821

• Reservations are not confirmed until the fee is paid in full and all forms are signed and approved by Newport Parks & Recreation.

Party Schedule

• Party Hours: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

• Setup Time: May begin at 5:00 PM

• Cleanup: Must be completed by 7:30 PM

  • A $50 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past the cleanup deadline

Important Policies

• No parties on Wednesdays, Sundays, or Holidays

• Additional charges apply for parties expecting more than 50 attendees

• $50 cash deposit required day of the party

  • Given to the on-duty staff member

  • Returned if all rules are followed

• Confetti, piñatas, and similar items are not permitted

• You are responsible for cleaning up the pavilion and pool area

  • All food waste, decorations, and trash must be removed
