Jeff Eslinger – Maintenance Superintendent

Jeff Eslinger is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all city-managed parks, recreational facilities, and green spaces. As Maintenance Superintendent, he leads a dedicated team of groundskeepers and maintenance personnel to ensure that public spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained year-round.
